If you're ready to Set The Barre High, you're in the right place! My classes focus on high energy, low-impact workouts that deliver a serious deep muscle burn. We use small movements, light weights, and high repetitions to sculpt, strengthen, and tone.
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or entirely new to the fitness scene my goal is to create an uplifting and inclusive space where you can work hard, have fun, and leave feeling stronger! I look forward to pulsing it down with you!
