Laurel Decker - Healthy Whole & Strong

Hey Hey! My name is Laurel Decker and I am so pumped to be apart of RTQ fitness! I have been helping women become the best version of themselves while teaching classes in my Healthy Whole & Strong fitness programs consistently for the past 7 years here in Morrison. I have always loved moving and being active. My goal since the beginning of my Healthy Whole & Strong classes has been to create a community where people of all walks of life can come together to work hard while having fun and see results. Morrison is so blessed to have RTQ now here in our town and I feel extremely blessed to offer my classes here. I teach classes in person at the gym AND online on a private page Facebook live Monday-Friday mornings from 5-6am! (The video ends at 6…however it does stay on the page and you can catch the replay anytime also between 6-8am)
Each day the workout is different with some focus weeks in there as well. On Mondays we do “Move it Monday” and it is a HITT workout that you can always modify if you wanted but the cardio is definitely a good one to start the week with and get sweating! Tuesday is “Tone it up Tuesday” lower impact and usually some floor work, lighter weights, resistance bands etc. Lighter weight and more reps!
Wednesday is “Wurk it Wednesday” and we use our heavy weight dumbbells and focus on strength and lifting doing less reps and more weight. Thursday is “Think outside the Box Thursday”. We do different styles of class ranging from circuit classes to step aerobics and more! Friday is Fun Friday. And Anything goes that day and it’s always fun! We love a good outdoor workout too when the weather is nice.
I also post LOTS of healthy recipes and regular recipes with ideas how to make them healthier with motivation, tips, tricks and even do fun giveaway’s on the private page!!

A former football player in powerlifter, I became a NASM certified personal trainer in 2021 and became a ISSA certified nutritionist in 2022. I spent 2+ years as a personal trainer in Charlotte, NC training men and women of all ages and athletic backgrounds. Experience our 45-minute Functional Strength and Mobility class, suitable for all fitness levels. Engage in dynamic exercises targeting functional strength, core stability, and mobility. With modifications for every level, our instructors ensure a safe yet challenging workout. Feel stronger, more agile, and ready for any physical challenge life presents!
Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings at 6:30 a.m.

Sauk Valley Sports Performance has linked up with RTQ Fitness to host Speed and Agility classes for all ages of students athletes. Each 4-6 week camp will focus on running mechanics, explosiveness, and change of direction. Through the teaching of good techniques and knowledge of dangerous movements SVSP preaches and injury prevention.
Jackie Damhoff - Boot Camp Classes

Boot Camp classes provide a full body workout which targets different energy systems and similar to a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The class combines a variety of exercises including body weight exercises, strength and cardio. It is the perfect opportunity to increase your strength and all-around fitness which works you hard in a disciplined but enjoyable way. No matter your level of fitness, this class can be adjusted to make you feel great! The class is usually 30-45 minutes, evenings Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
